Many of us want to go for the first kiss immediately to be done with it.
However, my best advice is to wait for a while, and look for the non-verbal signs that will tell you whether or not she wants to be kissed or not.
Sometimes, you should let her take the initiative to the first kiss.
The non verbal signs that will tell you whether she wants to be kissed by your or not, are:
- Her body language
- Her gestures
- Tonality in her voice
- Where her feet are pointing
That might not be what you want to read right now, but if you are uncertain that is the best way to do it.
The answer to the question is: It depends.
Her Body Language Matters
The most important sign you should look for is whether she draws closer to you with her body, or if she is moving away from you.
If she draws closer to you, she is opening up to you to be close to you, and she might be ready for a first kiss.
If she moves away from you on the other hand, it is a clear sign that she doesn’t feel comfortable enough around you to be kissed by you.
Look at Her Gestures
Another non-verbal sign that she might be okay with getting a first kiss is her gestures.
Take especially note on where she keeps her hands, and her facial expressions.
For instance, if she keeps her hands close to her body, and she only smiles occasionally, and is looking away from you, she is clearly telling you that she isn’t interested in any kind of physical interaction with you, at least not yet.
If you see these gestures, my advice to you would be to not go for the first kiss on this date.
On the other hand, if she is allowing her arms to be on the side, she smiles a lot at you, and always is looking for eye contact, she wouldn’t mind getting a first kiss.
She might be ready for a kiss, but if you aren’t sure of it, ask her: Do you want me to kiss you?
It is better to ask right away, and be on the safe side rather than be sorry later.
Listen to the Tonality in Her Voice
The next thing you should do is to listen to her voice.
If she speaks with a high-pitch tonality that is her way of telling you that she is embracing her femininity, feels safe with you, and that she is ready for the first kiss.
If she speaks with a low-pitch tonality she signals that she isn’t prepared for a kiss on this date.
Where Her Feet Are Pointing
Lastly, you need to look down.
Look at her feet. Are they pointing at you or are they pointing away from you?
If her feet are pointing away from you, she isn’t ready for it, but if her feet are pointing at you when she moves closer to you, she is probably ready to get a kiss from you.
These are the four signs that tells you if she wants to get a first kiss from you or not.
Is It Always Right to Kiss Her on a First Date?
As I pointed out above, it depends on whether she is open for it or not.
If she is, you should be able to tell by looking at the four signs that I mentioned briefly above.
If you’re not sure, I would advise you to either ask her, or look her in her eyes since these will tell you whether she is up to you or not.
The answer to this question is: No, it’s not.
On What Date Should You Kiss Her?
The answer to this question is: It depends.
If she shows the signs that I listed above, or if she tells you to your face that she wants to be kissed by you, then you should do it.
I have gone on many first dates myself and not kissed the girl.
If you try to kiss her, and she moves away, then she is obviously not ready for the first kiss, but if she draws near you, she is giving you a go. Never force yourself on her. That’s my best advice.
When A Guy Should Kiss A Girl
So, how do you know if she’s okay with getting a kiss or not?
The answer to the age-old question is “maybe,“ and it all comes down to the circumstances, and the non-verbal signs that I discuss in more depth in my article “How to catch a woman and keep her“.
Body language, and gestures makes up 90% of human non-verbal communication.
If all the signs I discussed in this article tells you that she is okay with it. Then go for it and, give her that kiss!
You don’t want the woman to take the initiative now, would you?
