- Acknowledge The Fact That You Are Disappointed. By Doing This You Will Actually Be Able To Move On Quicker. Acknowledgment Helps You Heal Faster.
- Allow It To Hurt For A While Without Overanalyzing Everything. Things Didn’t Work Out With This Person But Maybe In The Future, It Will Work With Someone Else. The Analysis Will Have To Wait For Now. It’s Better To Wait With That and Just Let All Your Feelings Out (E.g. Anger, Fury, Sadness, Frustration, Etc.)Before You Can Do A Healthy Analysis Of What You Did Wrong and What The Other Person Did Wrong As Well.
- Be Grateful For The Disappointment. Yes, You Should Actually Cherish This Experience. It Wasn’t A Good One But You Know At Least That You Are Neither Perfect Nor A Robot. When You Have Reached This Point You Will Soon Be Able To Move On and Start To Look For A New Person To Date.
