Today, I will reveal who is alpha and who is not.

The term alpha is derived from the first letter of the Greek alphabet, which is the equivalent to our letter “A”.

Alpha males are the dominant males in animals who have a strict social hierarchy such as wolves, gorillas, and chimpanzees are examples of animals who have alpha and beta animals (second highest ranking).

So an alpha male is “the guy” in a human context.

He is the envy of all men and who all women want to be around and mate with.

That is the whole idea of the concept of the alpha male.

I will discuss how this affects your luck with the ladies in the rest of this article.

The idea behind this concept is that girls, women, all females actually, view men as either alpha or beta and that they will rather have an alpha male instead of a beta male.

It is a combination of how you dress, your attitude towards every person you meet and the girls you date, your self-confidence, a high level of self-esteem and self-value as well as a huge change in your mindset.

Basically, you need to set up yourself for success.

Can I fake an alpha mindset?

Honestly, you can but I recommend that you don’t. Try to be yourself but always aim for the best version of yourself.

Your interior and exterior have to match or she will sense that you’re fake.

Can any man do this?

The short answer is: Yes, you can!

A longer answer would be: Yes, but it will take time to change your behaviour and to change the way you think about girls and women.

He is probably obese but refers to himself as “big” while he’s what most other people would call fat. He seeks to get attention and approval from others since he lacks self-esteem.

Most women would see him as a guy who is without any kind of insight, self-knowledge, and lack control in general.

Women are turned off by this kind of behaviour.

Just think about the fat women who try to hide their own insecurities over layers of makeup and silk dresses!

They are so beta, right?

A beta male typically hides his insecurities by expressing misogynist ideas and rejecting women outright or try to be the funny guy in a crowd.

He might even say things like: Once they’ve got fat, they won’t go back.
