Introduction
In the re-opening of the popular “Online Dating Secrets” series, I will discuss three different aspects of online dating.

You probably already know that you are expected to upload a picture of yourself, write some text that captures other singles’ interest in you, and then spend some time contacting and reaching out to other singles as well.
After each paragraph, I will give you one or two examples as well
I am thinking about something quite differently…
3 Ways Of Online Dating
It’s not about how much you pay, either. It is true that paying members will get results faster than free members.
However, it is about how you do your online dating that really matters. That is, to say if you’re using:
- Dating Apps
- Online Dating Services
- Social Media
- Dating Apps

If you use dating apps, you will be swiping left or right the entire time, or give pictures of others the thumbs up or down, depending on whether you like how that person looks or describes themselves.
It is fast (and often free), or you might upgrade to a “premium” version to get rid of that annoying commercial in the free version.
As always, there might be people who pose as singles but are trying to commit crimes, but the problem is not located in this kind of online dating but in the other two forms as well.
For this reason, many dating apps only allow you to have one profile, just as the other forms of online dating do as well.
Here are two different yet popular apps:
Online Dating Services

There are both free and old online dating services (sometimes referred to as websites or dating sites by me).
They also offer free and premium dating services to their members.
One of them, xpdating.com, offers a free membership where you can do all the basic stuff like writing and updating your profile, and then there are upgrades as well that, if you pay for them, might give you results faster. The focus of this dating site is Christians.
There are many other dating sites, focusing on other groups of people with different identities and creeds.
One of the downsides of this kind of dating is that there might be fake profiles (people who are not looking for love but trying to scam or blackmail other singles)
Xpdating.com, as well as many other dating websites, allow people to log in using their Facebook accounts or other social media platforms, and they also have additional anti-fraud measures that I am not allowed to disclose.
Social Media
If you’re on social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.), you can do online dating in a new way by looking for other singles who share the same interests that you do. More and more singles are using those sites’ search functions to find other singles and begin dating.
As a complement to the other two first, more couples will find love through these sites. Of course, there are people who try to scam you as well on these websites, but many singles feel that this is a bit more “secure” than online dating.
